Buyer's Guide, Guarantee and Frequently Asked Questions

What is ArmoryPaintball.com?

ArmoryPaintball.com is a website that was founded with one thing in mind: to help you get the parts that you need in a hassle-free and worry-free environment.

How does ArmoryPaintball.com work?

The item that you see pictured in each individual listing is the exact item that you will receive in the mail. There are no "generic "stock photos here. ArmoryPaintball.com's founder and owner Daniel Westervelt takes meticulous pictures of every single one of the 500+ items for sale on this website, so that you know exactly what you're getting before you purchase it.

How will my ArmoryPaintball.com order get to me?

The integrating shipping calculator at ArmoryPaintball.com will add up the gross weight of your package and the approximate dimensions that the package will be, and give you shipping quotes based on that. This works both domestically in the USA and internationally. Your package will then be packaged carefully and shipped via the USPS mail option that you have specificed. If you would like insurance please contact info@armorypaintball.com. Handling time varies on average from same day to two days.

What happens if, for some reason, I am not satisfied with my order?

ArmoryPaintball.com has seventh highest all time feedback out of the 695,000 members of PbNation.com, with zero negative feedback for a reason. Despite the fact that the majority of items for sale on ArmoryPaintball.com are used, ArmoryPaintball stands behind its products 100 percent. All items for sale here are covered by the ArmoryPaintball.com guarantee: all items will arrive at your door working, as pictured and as described or your money back.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Q: Are all of the parts for sale at ArmoryPaintball.com working?

A: Absolutely. All parts from ArmoryPaintball.com have been tested and are working. Broken parts will never be listed for sale here so you have nothing to worry about. If you'd like to buy broken or "as is" items for some reason, please enjoy the thousands of headache-causing listings on eBay and the generic form of customer service that comes with the territory of dealing with such a large corporation.

Q: What do the different conditions, IE "excellent condition" or "great condition" mean?

A: Excellent condition is the best rating for cosmetic condition. Great condition is the next best, and good condition thereafter.

Since the opinion of what classifies a 9.5/10 or 9/10 or 8.5/10 is subjective, ArmoryPaintball.com does not believe in such a system. All items are instead generally grouped into one of the three excellent, great or good condition categories. If one of these three condition categories has the prefix "Otherwise" before it, that means there is only particular detail about the cosmetic condition worth noting, and that will be described in the bullet point directly above the condition rating. Ultimately, what is pictured is exactly what you will receive.

Q: What does the #1, #2, #3 etc tags mean on the title of the item I'm looking at?

A: If ArmoryPaintball.com has multiple solenoids, ram sleeves, etc anything of the exact same kind, each one will be listed separately with an accompanying # tag. Since each listing will have its own unique pictures of each individual item, that means you can decide which one you want to purchase specifically according to its pictured condition and price!

Note: The only exception to this is new items. If ArmoryPaintball.com has 15 sets of the exact same detents and they are new, since they are all the same they are all covered under the same listing and you can purchase as many as you'd like.

Q: I just placed an order. What does the "Awaiting Fulfillment" order status mean?

A: Your order is good to go! Awaiting Fulfillment is simply ArmoryPaintball.coms way of saying your order is paid, but that it still has to be physically packaged and shipped to you. Once it has been boxed the status will be changed to "Awaiting Shipment," and then "Shipped" once it has been actually sent out. Your tracking number will be uploaded to your order at that point.

Q: I just purchased an item. Now, when I go back to that item's listing page, it says "Sorry but this item is currently unavailable."

A: That's so no one else can buy it! Each used item on the site has an inventory number of one. When you purchase that item, the stock number is automatically reduced to zero because it is now yours and it is physically impossible to sell and ship one item to two people.

Note: When you purchase an item, it's listing will stay visible for a few days even though no one else can buy it. This is done so that you can bring up the listing when you have the item in hand, to make sure it is exactly what ArmoryPaintball.com pictured it as--should you wish to do so.

Q: I am an international customer of ArmoryPaintball.com, but I am having trouble getting a shipping quote and checking out?

A: Shipping internationally can be extremely challenging logistically. Many websites will not do it at all. There are so many locations in the world; if you are having trouble please email info@armorypaintball.com and we will get everything sorted out shortly. Thank you!

Q: What if my question isn't covered by this page?

A: Just send info@armorypaintball.com an email and it will be answered shortly!
